They have shown a negative correlation between eating seafood and depression, as the findings are that societies that eat more fish have lower rates of depression. The reason is the Omega 3 fats in fish. This is still being studied.</p>
<p>Number 2. There is a strong link between increasing exercise and lowering depression. There are chemical and psychological reasons why this is so, but it works.</p>
